The system is comprised of a P4 1.2GHz machine running Windows XP Pro, a Radio Shack HTX-404 5ish watt handheld radio with 7DB gain antenna connected to it and for the radio to PC interface I'm using an ilinkboards.com echolink board which is built into the blue tin you see on the left.

In addition to the EchoLink software I'm running EchoTime which allows radio users to ask the system for information about the weather, news items from the RSGB and the latest solar update from WWV.
