Here's what I did. Using TalkPCR to drive the Icom PCR1K I tuned 12KHz high of the advertised frequency. I selected the USB mode as well as a 50KHz filter. In the DRM software I selected spectrum inversion. As if by magic the audio appeared.
This may not work for you. It all depends upon how busy the band is and if there are adjacent stations or not.
